Textedly users can leverage rule-based permissions to control which Teammates are allowed to perform certain tasks. Set permissions for to control which Teammates can:
- See customer billing history
- Update credit cards
- Allow single uploads
- Allow .csv file uploads
Tailor access for departments such as marketing, customer service, or billing to ensure each Teammate gets just what they need, and nothing they don’t.
How to Add New Teammates
Adding new Teammates is simple and fast.
From the bottom left corner of your Textedly profile:
Navigate to the Account Settings tab.
Click on the Teammates tab.
In the top right corner, click New Teammate +.
Enter the information required for your newest user.
Enable any permissions you’d like this Teammate to have.
Click Save.
The new user will receive an email to confirm their account and create a password.
