With the acquisition complete, Texting Base customers will transition seamlessly to Textedly, and the combined entity will operate as Textedly, Inc. Effective April 15, 2025, Texting Base will stop accepting new customers, and all existing customers will join the Textedly platform.

Existing Texting Base customers will keep their current pricing. All new customers will select a Textedly pricing plan.

Do My Texting Base Credits Roll Over?

Yes, Texting Base customers will have their credits roll over to the new Textedly account.

Does Cutco Still Get a Discounted Rate?

Existing Cutco customers will keep their current plan and pricing. Effective April 15, 2025, new Cutco customers will select a Textedly pricing plan.

Can I Still Pause My Account?

Yes, Textedly offers pauses for up to three months.
